There's a sign at our Campbelltown gate: WANTED — MC drivers and mechanics. Australia is short tens of thousands of truck drivers, so every transport company is advertising. Here's the case for driving for this one.

The gear is late-model, and it's washed

Walk our yard: 50-plus late-model Kenworth prime movers in green and white, 200 trailers behind them. Every truck comes through our own workshop after every round trip, and through the wash bay before it goes back out. You'll drive gear that's maintained by mechanics you know by name — not a rig that gets seen to when the budget allows.

Drivers know what that means at 2am, 1,500 km from home. The gear matters.

The runs are real runs

Our flagship is the Sydney–Darwin express — two-up teams, two days door to door, twice a week. There's regional NSW and east-coast work too, and the Adelaide depot at Regency Park running the SA lanes. Scheduled lanes mean predictable rosters: you know your runs, and your family knows when you're home.

Two-up isn't for everyone. Done right — matched teams, proper changeovers, fatigue managed by design — it's the safest way to move freight across this country, and our teams are proud of it.

The name on the door is a person

This company has been family-run since the late 1960s — one man, one truck, and the two sons who built it into what it is today. The people who own the trucks are at the depot. If something's wrong with your gear, your pay or your roster, you talk to a person with the authority to fix it — that day.

The same applies to how you're expected to drive: right the first time, every time. When the family's name rides on your trailer, they back you to do the job properly, not quickly.

Mechanics: the workshop is hiring too

The workshop crew keeps the fleet on the road — post-run services, the pit, the refrigeration units, real diagnostic work on late-model gear. If you'd rather build a career in one good workshop than rotate through five average ones, talk to us.

What we're looking for

MC drivers — Multi-Combination licence, fatigue-compliant, ideally with linehaul or road-train experience. Two-up capability for the Darwin express is a strong plus.

Diesel mechanics — heavy-vehicle experience; refrigeration experience valued.
